Pick modules, push back, light flow applications and empty pallet return. Load Capacity: 125 lbs. per wheel; diameter 1.9", width 1". Material: polycarbonate alloy; reinforced rib design, two bearings and wide surface provide superior flow over conventional steel skate wheels.
Speed Controller Controls the speed of the pallet in Dura-Load Pick Systems. Design: a centrifugal brake plate, rotated by two-stage planetary gear mechanism. The outer hub of the mechanism has polyurethane over mold that ensures high friction contact with the pallet. Other construction materials are engineered high strength resins for all moving parts and galvanized metal hardware. All materials were selected to ensure maximum durability and reliability of the unit. The brake is maintenance free.
Brake Track Used in moderate to heavy pallet flow applications for industrial production & distribution pallet storage environment. Employs patented cantilever-designed mount for pallet support, track allows for variety of pallets to flow. Wheel pattern can be designed inline or staggered on 2-, 3- or 4-inch center configuration. Can be used in double and triple configurations for heavier pallets.
FreeWheeler™ Track Ideal for pick systems, push back and empty pallet return. Light to moderate loads. Utilizes bearing and bearingless FreeWheeler™ wheels. Better flow and capacity because wider wheel width and 5/16" axles when compared to steel skate wheels.
